Tian An Life Insurance has launched new policy administration system (PAS) based on eBaoTech LifeSystem Suite to expand its life insurance business in China.
The system currently manages the sales operations of 20 new products in two branches and over the next 12 months, Tian An Life will use eBaoTech LifeSystem Suite to gradually launch more branches.
EbaoTech, a provider of software and services for the life and general insurance industries, has teamed up with Tian An Life to implement PAS.
Tian An Life assistant president of operations and customer services Bi Chuang said by using eBaoTech LifeSystem Suite, Tian An Life’s China business development will be faster and more stable, while their customers will benefit from more efficient service and superior operational processes.
eBaoTech president and CEO Woody Mo said that they are very pleased to become Tian An Life’s software partner.
